Health Lessons...
Perception cThere is something so freeing to see yourself as whole. To feel whole. To live whole. When we live from a place of separated fragmented pieces there is no way for growth, as we are constantly stopping to piece together something that seems and or is broken. Do you live your life as whole or broken and separate?
Our new Health Column in Life Lessons Magazine is written by Marlene Wright, a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. In this month’s issue of Life Lessons Magazine, Marlene introduces the idea of eating food from a place of wholeness. This beautiful introduction to whole foods is a whole lifestyle difference. It is a lifestyle that moves us closer to the rhythms of our planet and how the food was intended for us to eat; free of chemicals, dyes and man-made alterations.

BUSINESS/FINANCIAL
commentary by LoLo Adi Parashakti,
Senior Editor for Life Lessons Magazine

For a long time now, humans have separated themselves from the ecosystem of our planet and it has caught up with us. We are running out of reusable resources, including water. Just recently two whales washed up on a beach, their bellies filled with plastic. It’s not enough to eat organic and recycle. The system has been broken for a long time because humans saw themselves as separate when in reality we are a part of a WHOLE ecosystem. What if one simple change we made, such as eating whole foods in their most natural state, unadulterated from all the poisons most of our foods contain, could bring us one step closer to being whole with the Earth and the ecosystem that it is?
Marlene’s simple and informative writing style is something all of us can digest into our hectic lifestyles. Pause with us and tune into a simple and radical way to your best health. Your health IS your wealth. Your best you is your healthiest you. Your healthiest you is whole. In your wholeness, you can be you and create from YOU. The world needs more inventors and creators right now. Be whole.
